Video of kids in hallway

Here's a video...it looks like they're both trying to get into the downstairs closet (probably to get the vacuum or something like that...Seamus is still obsessed with vacuums every now and then). Then, it looks like he comes toward the camera, and starts walking in circles. Can someone tell me if this is goofy for a 2-year old? Gosh, he can be so silly! He's always moving, so he burns off the food he eats (and he eats quite a bit!) really quick!
