I guess it's been a long time...

My mom said it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything, so today, I’ve been trying to post some videos. I’ve been successful with 2 of them, but 2 of them are STILL processing.

The kids are doing fine…Ciara has finally started to walk, and boy does she go! Last night, I don’t think I saw her crawl at all. When she would fall, she would get right back up. She’s so cute….she holds her hands up at her chest when she walks…for balance, I guess. Her teachers say that she hardly crawls at all at the daycare.

Seamus has been giving us a hard time going to bed lately. We moved his bedtime to 8 pm, and that has kept him from waking up too early…but now he doesn’t want to go to bed. We do get him up there, and once he settles down for us to read to him, he’s fine. He just doesn’t want to go to his room and start the process. He wants to watch VeggieTales. Last night, we had to say that there was NO TV at all…time to go play!

We went to the Arizona Museum for Youth a couple of weekends ago…the Jim Henson exhibit was there. We got to see real Muppets, and a lot of other stuff. The kids were antsy by that time, but they had a blast playing in ArtVille. Ciara wasn’t walking yet, so I bet the next time we go, she’ll be doing a lot of the same stuff Seamus was.

Other than that, I don’t think we’ve done anything really special. My mom is coming down next week, and Mike is heading to North Carolina next week. Easter will be at the University of Phoenix stadium again this year…but I’m not going to work at it or anything like I did last year. That means that the kids will be with us (my mom and me)..which should be interesting all on its own. We don’t have any plans other than that, though.

I have to pick up the picture that I had framed…the last time my mom came to visit, we went to Sedona, and I got a nice picture for about $100 of the full moon over one of the rock formations there in Sedona. Well, it took me all this time to go get the thing framed…and the frame was twice the amount of the picture. I’m sure the frame will look really good, but next time I decide to do that, I’ll get the framed version.

Oh, and Happy Pi Day! You know, pi = 3.14 (and then a whole lot more…I know only 3.14159 off the top of my head), and that’s today!
